It is a privilege for us to serve the children and families within our community whilst also being an organisation which helps shape our community. We enjoy close and regular contact with very supportive parents who value the education and care provided by our school. Our professional and dedicated staff team takes great pride in the opportunities we offer our children and in their high standards of behaviour and attainment. In February 2020, Moretonhampstead became part of The Link Multi-Academy Trust (MAT), made up of 15 small primary schools. Key benefits of being part of the MAT is being able to work with other staff from other schools to develop teaching and learning by sharing and nurturing good practice whilst providing 'bigger opportunities' for our children who live in a rural part of Devon. Our ambitions are far from small and we put our children at the heart of all that we do. This common purpose is key as it ensures that we leave no stone unturned in finding, liberating, celebrating and promoting the gifts and talents inherent in all children.
Our shared vision is for every child to achieve well and to become well-rounded citizens who can effectively contribute to the wider community. Our compelling mission is to ensure that all children have the skills to enjoy learning; this is a battle for their hearts and minds. It is our core purpose for being here.
